About this experience
In this integrative journey of self-care, we’ll begin with gentle yoga and then move into a meditative healing sound bath where you will be deeply immersed in transformative sounds and vibrations. Crystal singing bowls tuned to each chakra, the Chao gong, Koshi chimes, tuning forks and more will wash over your body bringing you to a state of harmony. There is an array of essential oils you can choose to use to add to your experience.
This workshop will support you to relax your body, calm your mind, clear stuck energy and activate your natural healing systems. Please bring your yoga mat and water. You may also want to bring blocks and a strap if you're doing yoga, and for the sound bath a blanket, pillow, eye covering and anything else you need to feel comfortable. Limited extra props will be available.

YOGA + SOUND BATH SCHEDULE - third Sunday of each month
4:15pm - Registration opens
4:30pm - Gentle yoga
5:20pm - Break / Sound Bath participants come in
5:30pm - Meditative Sound Bath
- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
