About this experience
During this session, you will participate in a 60-minute personalised trauma-centered yoga practice.
Trauma, whether emotional, mental, or physical, can impact both the mind and body. Trauma-focused yoga incorporates movement and breathwork to assist those struggling with complex trauma or PTSD.
Unlike conventional yoga classes, these sessions prioritise gentle movements, mindfulness, and breathwork to aid in stress management, anxiety reduction, and healing. Each session is customised to meet the individual's needs and is conducted with the utmost care and sensitivity.

- Minimum age: 18 for alcohol (where applicable)
- Dietary requirements can be catered for (please tell us in advance)
- If pregnant, recently injured, or managing a medical condition, check suitability before booking
